Every client begins here.

This comprehensive session allows us to understand what’s actually driving your pain or limiting your movement. We perform a detailed physical assessment including:

  • Joint range of motion

  • Identifying areas of muscle tightness and limited mobility

  • Standing posture assessment

  • Gait analysis

You’ll leave with a personalized plan.

Each evaluation includes guided soft-tissue work and personalized corrective exercises designed specifically for you.

New clients, persistent pain, or anyone who wants to improve how their body moves.


TRAINING SESSION

$125 (60 minutes)

Once restrictions are addressed, we retrain the body to move efficiently.

Training sessions are based on principles that prioritize posture, alignment, and full-body coordination. The focus is on correcting basic movements so improvements carry into daily life and performance.

Sessions are structured, progressive, and tailored to your current capacity. The goal is not just short-term relief, but lasting movement quality and durability.

Best for:
Clients ready to build strength, coordination, and long-term resilience after establishing a solid foundation.

$150 (60 minutes)

This session focuses on hands-on treatment to reduce muscle and joint stiffness that limits smooth movement.

This service helps:

  • Improve joint mobility

  • Reduce tissue tightness

  • Restore better alignment

  • Create the foundation for better movement

These sessions are often used in the early stages of care or strategically throughout training to maintain progress and prevent setbacks.

Best for:
Clients experiencing persistent tightness, mobility limitations, or flare-ups that need focused attention.


Group Training

$50 (60 minutes)

Our small-group training is a more accessible way to train in our system without the full 1-on-1 format. You’ll follow structured programming designed to build strength, improve posture, and help you move more efficiently.

Clients train alongside others in a focused, supportive environment and receive coaching and feedback throughout each session. You can start group training right after an evaluation.

Maximum capacity of 6 people per group.

Best for:

Client who don’t want constant hands-on attention, but still want structured, intentional training designed to deliver results.


MEMBERSHIP

$150/month

Our goal is simple: to help you move confidently on your own.

Once you and your trainer agree you’ve built a solid foundation, a membership option becomes available.

Membership gives you structure and support as you continue your progress.

What Membership Includes:

  • 2 scheduled independent training sessions per week

  • Step-by-step in-house and at-home programming

  • Regular check-ins to track and refine your movement

  • Guidance and education to help you manage your body long-term

  • Priority scheduling and consistent care
